IntechBot LLC respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, why, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to intechbot.com and all related services.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and any content you submit through forms, the AI estimator, or the Nova assistant. We also collect technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data via cookies and analytics.

If you become a client, we collect project, billing, and communication records necessary to deliver our services.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate quotes and proposals, communicate with you, process payments, send transactional and follow-up emails, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests (such as security and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate — including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe and Coinbase Commerce (payments), and analytics providers — each bound to protect your data. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Project and billing records are retained for the period required for accounting and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the CCPA, California residents may request disclosure of data collected, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell data). We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our consent tools.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database, rate limiting, and audit logging. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of breaches as required by law.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
