Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects IntechBot, our clients, and our systems. It applies to everyone who uses our website, dashboard, or AI tools.

You may not use our services to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, bypass rate limits or security controls, or harass others.

You are responsible for ensuring any content or materials you provide are lawful and that you hold the necessary rights. We may remove or refuse content that violates this policy or applicable law.

Our AI assistant is provided to help with sales, support, and project questions. You may not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, extract system instructions from, or misuse the AI, or use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, block accounts, and preserve relevant logs. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
